Our programs
Tender Pines Day Care (Community Connection Allies) offers a variety of programs designed to cater to the developmental needs of children from infancy through early school years. We prioritize active learning, creativity, and social interaction in a supportive environment.
We are conveniently located in the Nemadji Building in Bruno, Minnesota. While we are proud to serve our local community, our daycare is open to all families. We welcome families from surrounding communities and invite you to become part of the Tender Pines family.
Infant through School Age care
Welcome to Tender Pines Day Care! As a nonprofit, licensed daycare program located in Bruno, Minnesota, in the Nemadji Building (formerly the Bruno Elementary School), we are committed to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
We have openings for full or part time day care needs.
Serving children from 6 weeks to 10 years old, we support early development through nurturing interactions, sensory experiences, and meaningful relationships that help build confidence and curiosity. Through hands-on activities, creative arts, outdoor exploration, and group play, we encourage a lifelong love of learning in a screen-free, active environment.
Our program offers a fun and engaging space for before- and after-school care, featuring outdoor games, gym activities, and creative projects within a supportive community where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Outdoor adventures
All our programs incorporate regular outdoor walks and playtime on our outside playground. We believe fresh air and nature are essential for healthy development and imaginative play, keeping screen time limited.
A day at Tender Pines Day Care
From active play in our gymnasium to engaging craft sessions and outdoor explorations, every day at Tender Pines Day Care is an adventure. We prioritize meaningful social interaction and healthy physical activity.
We offer childcare Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. We offer part time and full time childcare opportunities.
